Quick Start Guide

1. Cleanse

Start with freshly cleansed, makeup-free skin.

2. Prep

Apply your activator gel or a water-based serum to one facial zone
(forehead, cheeks, jawline/neck, or under-eyes).

3. Turn device ON

Press ON and the power indicator blue light means the device is ready for use.

4. Based on your needs, select therapy mode

Press and hold MODE for 3 seconds to switch to:

Red Light Therapy.
- Red Light supports collagen production, elasticity, and smooth, radiant skin.
Blue Light Therapy.
- Blue Light helps calm the skin, reduce impurities, and prepare your complexion for deeper rejuvenation.
No light, just Neuro Tapping benefits.

5. Choose Your Neurotapping Massage Mode

Press MODE to select your preferred tapping rhythm:

Soft Massage Mode – best for sensitive skin or delicate areas (like under-eyes)
Lift Flap Mode – ideal for firming and sculpting areas like the jawline and forehead
Medium Flap Massage Mode – great for overall toning and daily use
Fast Flap Cycle Mode – for deeper stimulation and more energizing massages

Tip:

All modes support lifting, circulation, and toning — the best choice simply depends on your skin’s sensitivity and what feels most comfortable.

Massage:

Slowly glide illu upward and outward over the selected zone for up to 5 minutes.

6. Finish & Seal

Repeat the routine on all desired areas.

After your session, apply a serum or moisturizer to seal in the benefits and keep skin hydrated.

For enhanced results, you can incorporate illu serums into your routine:

Morning: Apply illu Daily Serum after your illu session to help keep skin firm, hydrated, and smooth throughout the day.
Night: Follow your evening illu routine with illu Night Repair Serum to support overnight renewal, radiance, and a more refined complexion.

Both serums are optional, but formulated to complement and boost the results of your illu device.

Auto-Off & Timing

Each mode automatically stops after 5 minutes
The device shuts off after 20 minutes of continuous use
If the device stops mid-routine, simply press ON/OFF to restart

How to Change the Massage Head

Make sure the device is OFF.
Hold the current head and pull straight out.
Align and press in the new head until secure.
Keep the heads completely dry before reattaching.

How to Clean Your illu Device

Keeping your illu device clean ensures better performance, longer lifespan, and a more hygienic skincare routine. After every session, follow these simple steps:

1. Remove the Massage Head

Gently pull the massage head straight out from the device.

2. Water Rinse

Rinse the massage head under clean, lukewarm water.
Gently wipe away any product residue.
Important: Make sure the head is completely dry before reattaching to prevent moisture from entering the main unit.

3. Reattach the Head

Once the massage head is completely dry, press it back into place until secure.

4. Clean the Device Body (Optional)

Wipe the handle with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
Do not use water or alcohol directly on the main unit.
Keep ports and openings dry at all times.

Charging Your Device

Charge for approximately 4 hours before first use
Light turns red while charging
Light turns blue when fully charged
Always keep ports and heads dry when charging

Tips for Best Results

Use upward strokes for lifting, outward strokes for depuffing
Keep the device gliding. Never drag on dry skin
Use Blue Light for congestion-prone areas; Red Light for lifting and fine lines
For under-eyes, use Soft Massage Mode and very light pressure
For jawline sculpting, use Lift Flap Mode
For deep stimulation, use Medium Flap Massage Mode or Fast Flap Cycle Mode

Troubleshooting

Device won’t turn on

Charge for at least 10 minutes
Ensure the massage head is fully attached
Press and hold ON/OFF (not just a quick tap)

LED light isn’t turning on

Make sure a massage mode is active first
Hold MODE for 3 seconds
Repeat to switch from blue → red → off

Device turns off unexpectedly

The 5-minute auto-off has activated
The device reached the 20-minute protection limit

Massage head feels loose

Remove and reattach firmly until it clicks
Ensure the head is fully dry

Feels too strong or too light

Switch between the four tapping modes
Add more activator gel for smoother glide

Returns

Returns accepted only for unopened, unused products within 90 days
Once the seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return
