Will I get a reminder before my next shipment?
Yes—you’ll receive both an email and SMS reminder 2–3 days before your next order is processed.
When will my card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged on the day your subscription order is processed. This processing date is automatically scheduled according to the delivery frequency you selected (for example, every 30, 60, or 90 days).
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime by following these steps:

- Locate the subscription you want to cancel
- Scroll down and click “Cancel”
- Select your reason and confirm
Note: If your order has already processed, it will still be shipped even if you cancel immediately after.
Can I apply other discounts to my subscription?
Subscribe & Save already gives you our biggest available discount, so it can’t be combined with additional promo codes or limited-time offers.
Will I get a reminder before my next shipment?
Yes. When you subscribe, you receive our biggest discount. If you cancel your subscription before your second order is processed, your initial order will be converted to a one-time purchase, and you’ll be charged the difference between the discounted subscription price and the full one-time purchase price.
